CC 14. First Amendment to the Agreement between Control Air Enterprises, LLC and the\nCity of Covina to Include Additional Scope of Work and Allocation of Additional Funds for\nthe Covina Senior & Community Center HVAC Repair Project\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to the agreement between\nControl Air Enterprises, LLC and the City of Covina to include additional work\nnecessary to complete repairs for the Covina Senior & Community Center HVAC Repair Project; and\n2. Approve the allocation of additional funding from the FY 2023-2024 Operational\nBudget for the additional work required.
