Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-014, "A Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of Baldwin Park, California, Approving the Engineer's Report for\nthe Citywide Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for\nFY 2024-2025, Declaring the Intent to Levy and Collect Assessments, and\nSetting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing"\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-014 entitled, “A Resolution of the City\nCouncil of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Approving the\nEngineer’s Report for the Citywide Landscape and Lighting\nMaintenance Assessment District for FY 2024-2025, Declaring the\nIntent to Levy and Collect Assessments, and Setting a Time and\nPlace for a Public Hearing.”\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to process payment request\nfor Community Economic Solutions, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed\n$3,000 for preparation of the Engineer’s Report.
