Adopt Resolution CC 2024-30, approving participation in the fourth year of the Los\nAngeles County Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program, specifying the use\nof PLHA funds, & amending the FY 23-24 Community Development Budget; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the Participation Agreement\nand other related documents as necessary.
