Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-015 "A Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of Baldwin Park, California, Approving the Engineer's Report for\nthe Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment District for FY 2024-2025,\nDeclaring the Intent to Levy and Collect Assessments, and Setting a Time\nand Place for a Public Hearing"\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-015 entitled, “A Resolution of the City\nCouncil of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Approving the\nEngineer’s Report for the Citywide Park Maintenance Assessment\nDistrict for FY 2024 -2025, Declaring the Intent to Levy and Collect\nAssessments and Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing.”\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to process payment for\nCommunity Economic Solutions, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed\n$4,500.00 for preparation of the Engineer’s Report
