7. Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-023, "A Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of Baldwin Park, California, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2024-25\nProject List to be Funded by Senate Bill 1 (SB1) - the Road Repair and\nAccountability Act of 2017"\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-023, “A Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of Baldwin Park, California, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2024-\n25 Project List to be Funded by Senate Bill 1 (SB1) – the Road\nRepair and Accountability Act of 2017”; and\n2. Authorize the Finance Director to appropriate projected FY 2024-25\nSB1 funds in the amount of$1,844,108; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to file necessary\ndocumentation to satisfy SB1 funding requirements and act as the\nsignature authority.
