1. ADOPTION OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING 24-238\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA (CITY) AND THE COSTA\nMESA FIRE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (CMFMA) AND THE\nADOPTION OF ACCOMPANYING SALARY RESOLUTION FOR\nCMFMA\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve and Adopt the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of\nCosta Mesa and CMFMA.\n2. Approve and Adopt Resolution Number 2024-XX revising the pay ranges for\nCMFMA.\n3.
