11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY HALL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM UPGRADE 24-222\nAND COMMUNICATION FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM PROJECT -\nPHASE II, CITY PROJECT NO. 19-14\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Accept the work performed by Johnson Controls International (JCI), 12728\nShoemaker Avenue, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670, for the City Hall Fire\nAlarm System Upgrade and Communication Fire Suppression System\nProject - Phase II, City Project No. 19-14, and authorize the City Clerk to file\nthe Notice of Completion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention monies thirty-five (35)\ndays after the Notice of Completion filing date; release the Labor and\nMaterial Bond seven (7) months after the filing date; and release the Faithful\nPerformance Bond one (1) year after the filing date.\nAttachments: 1.
