7. AMENDMENT NO. TWO TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE 24-218\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FALCK MOBILE\nHEALTH CORPORATION FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council approve Amendment Number Two to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Falck Mobile Health Corporation\n(Previously known as Care Ambulance) to extend the term for the continuation\nof emergency ambulance operator and support services until July 31, 2026, and\nto provide a 2.5% increase in the Annual Compensation Package for each of the\nnext two years.\nAttachments: 1.
