8. TWO YEAR EXTENSION OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 24-231\nAGREEMENT WITH WITTMAN ENTERPRISES, LLC FOR\nAMBULANCE BILLING AND COST RECOVERY SERVICES RFP\n18-03\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment Number Two to extend the term of the Professional\nServices Agreement for Ambulance Billing and Cost Recovery Services\nbetween Wittman Enterprises, LLC and the City of Costa Mesa for two (2)\nadditional years to July 31, 2026 and to increase the per call cost.\n2.
