D. REPLACEMENT OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBER MICROPHONES AND VOTING\nSYSTEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,925.39\nThe City of San Gabriel started the Council Chamber upgrade project in 2020\nwhich included installation of new sound-processing equipment. The next\nphase of this project is the replacement of the current microphone and voting\nsystem with a modern and more efficient integrated digital audio and voting\nsystem. Funds are budgeted and available in the IT internal service special\nproject account 124-707-30-99-099 (Council Chamber Upgrade). The total cost\nfor the proposed agreement is $28,925.39.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council authorize an award of this project to\nSunset Audio/Video in the amount of $28,925.39 and authorize the City\nManager to execute associated documents.
