STATEMENT OF INVESTMENT POLICY 2024-2025 [RESOLUTION NO. 24-\n35]\nCalifornia Government Code Section 53646 requires the annual review of the\nCity’s Investment Policy at a regular meeting of the City Council. The\nrequirement for an annual policy is also stated in the City’s Fiscal Sustainability\nPolicy (adopted April 2019 in the interest of fiscal accountability).\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 24-35 adopting\nthe 2024-2025 Statement of Investment Policy.
