62. Broadway and Walnut Grove Avenue Improvement Project Cooperative\nAgreement\nRecommendation: Approve the pavement rehabilitation project on Broadway\nfrom Walnut Grove Avenue to Acacia Street and Walnut Grove Avenue from\nLas Tunas Drive to 200 ft South of Clanton Street (Project), and instruct the\nChair to sign a cooperative agreement between the City of San Gabriel (1) and\nthe County, for financing and delegation of responsibilities for the Project;\nauthorize the Director of Public Works to approve the County’s estimated\njurisdictional share up to an amount of $590,000 for the Project, approve up to\n10% of the County's estimate jurisdictional share equal to $59,000 for any\nunforeseen expenses that may occur, thereby increasing the maximum\ncontribution from $590,000 to $649,000 for the Project, execute amendments\nand modifications of a nonmaterial nature to the cooperative agreements to\nincorporate necessary nonmaterial programmatic and administrative changes;\nand find that the proposed actions are not a project under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
