Department of\nWater and Power of the City of Los Angeles, et al.\nLos Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the\nmatter entitled, Amir Rofougaran, et al. v. Department of Water and Power of the\nCity of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV28730, in\nthe amount of $250,000, and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to\nimplement this settlement from the Department of Public Works' budget.\nThis inverse condemnation lawsuit against the Department of Public Works alleged\nthat a storm drain rupture caused flooding and property damage.
