Acceptance of the State Workers' Rights Enforcement Grant Award\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Mitchell: Authorize County\nCounsel to accept the award of $475,000 for the State Workers' Rights\nEnforcement Grant Program (Program) for the funding period of August 1,\n2024 through July 31, 2025, and execute and submit any required documents\nincluding, but not limited to, the grant award agreement; and apply for and\naccept any grant award from the Program for 2025-26 (Year 2), up to a\nmaximum amount of $750,000, and execute and submit any grant award\nagreement and related documents, subject to providing advance written notice\nto the Board before accepting the Year 2 grant award.
