Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Automatic Transfer Switches\nModernization and Manual Transfer Switches Retrofit Project Contract\nRecommendation: Establish and approve the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center\nAutomatic Transfer Switches Modernization and Manual Transfer Switches\nRetrofit Project, Capital Project No. 8A040 (Project) (3), with a total project\nbudget of $12,066,000; approve the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 appropriation\nadjustment to allocate $645,000 from the Department of Health Services'\nEnterprise Fund-Committed for the Department of Health Services to fund the\nprojected FY 2023-24 expenditures for the Project; authorize the Director of\nPublic Works to use Board-approved Job Order Contracts for the construction\nof the Project; and find that the proposed Project is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
