46. Sole Source Training Contracts\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Mental Health to\nexecute a new sole source contract with PracticeWise, LLC, (PracticeWise), to\nfund the Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) Training Program, effective\nJuly 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, with three annual extension options, for a\ntotal contract amount (TCA) of $696,832, $483,802 for Fiscal Year (FY)\n2024-25, and $213,030 for FY 2025-26, fully funded by Mental Health Services\nAct-Prevention and Early Intervention (MHSA-PEI) revenue; execute a new sole\nsource contract with Interpersonal Psychotherapy Institute, LLC (IPT Institute),\nto fund the interpersonal psychotherapy continuing education training program,\neffective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, with three annual extension\noptions, for $484,800, $242,400 for FY 2024-25 and $242,400 for FY 2025-26,\nfully funded by MHSA-PEI revenue; and authorize the Director to take the\nfollowing actions: (Department of Mental Health) APPROVE\nExecute future amendments to the sole source contracts to revise the\ncontract language; revise and/or replace the fiscal provisions and the\nTCA; rollover unspent funds; use other funding sources if necessary;\nadd, delete, modify, or replace the statement of work; and/or reflect\nFederal, State and County regulatory and/or policy changes, provided\nthat the TCA will not exceed an increase of 10% from the Board\napproved TCA, sufficient funds are available; and terminate the contracts\nin accordance with the termination provisions, including termination for\nconvenience, if necessary.
