47. Pharmacy Benefit Management Services Sole Source Contract\nAmendment\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Mental Health to\nexecute an amendment to extend the existing contract with Magellan Pharmacy\nSolutions, LLC, for the continued provision of pharmacy benefit management\n(PBM) services, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, with no total\ncontract amount for this contract, as PBM services are paid on a\nfee-for-service basis, with an estimated annual amount for the management of\nthe Department’s prescription drug program of $7,172,541, fully funded by\nState Mental Health Services Act and 2011 Sales Tax Realignment revenues;\nexecute future amendments to the contract to revise contract language, revise\nthe estimated annual amount, add, delete, modify, or replace the statement of\nwork, and/or reflect Federal, State, and County regulation and/or policy\nchanges, provided that the increase will not exceed 10% of the estimated\nannual amount, and sufficient funds are available; and terminate the contract in\naccordance with the termination provisions, including termination for\nconvenience, if necessary.
