2-D. Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget of the Los Angeles County Development\nAuthority\nRecommendation: Adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a resolution approving\nthe $1,095,380,200 Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Budget of the Los Angeles\nCounty Development Authority (LACDA) and to sign a Public Housing Agency\nBoard Resolution approving the operating budget and certifying submission of\nLACDA’s FY 2024-25 Budget to the United States Department of Housing and\nUrban Development; adopt and instruct the Chair to sign the Public Housing\nAgency Board Resolution approving the operating budget and certifying\nsubmission of the LACDA’s FY 2024-25 Budget to the United States\nDepartment of Housing and Urban Development; authorize the Executive\nDirector of the Los Angeles County Development Authority to implement the FY\n2024-25 Budget and take all related actions for this purpose, including\nexecution of all required documents; find that the approval of the Budget is not\nsubject to the California Environmental Quality Act; and authorize the Executive\nDirector to take the following actions: ADOPT\nExecute funding agreements or amendments to any existing funding\nagreements with the County and all required documents necessary to\naccept $475,000 for the Cooperative Extension Program, $1,007,000 for\nthe Community Policing Program, $425,000 for South County Public\nHousing Scattered Sites, $11,043,000 for Measure H (Homeless\nPrevention Initiative), and $216,000 for the Homeless Coordinator and\nancillary services; and\nExecute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and any necessary\namendments to the MOU, with the County and all required documents\nnecessary to accept $661,064 for the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention\nAct.
