52. High Impact HIV Prevention Services Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Director of Public Health to execute\nsole source contract amendments to two Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. (TTC)\nHigh Impact HIV Prevention services contracts, to extend the term through June\n30, 2025, for a total maximum obligation of $309,600 100% funded by Centers\nfor Disease Control and Prevention funds, Non-Drug Medi-Cal Realignment\nfunds, and existing Departmental resources; and authorize the Director to take\nthe following actions: (Department of Public Health) APPROVE\nExecute amendments to the contracts that extend the term through\nDecember 31, 2025, at amounts to be determined by the Director,\ncontingent upon the availability of funds and contractor performance,\nallow the rollover of unspent contract funds, if allowable by the grantor,\nprovide an increase or decrease in funding up to 10% above or below\nthe annual base maximum obligation, effective upon amendment\nexecution, or at the beginning of the applicable contract period, correct\nerrors in the contracts’ terms and conditions, and/or update the\nstatement of work and/or scope of work, as necessary;\nExecute change notices to the contracts that authorize modifications to\nthe budget with corresponding modifications to the statement of work\nand/or scope of work, that are within the same scope of services, as\nnecessary and/or changes to hours of operation and/or service\nlocations; and\nImmediately suspend or terminate the contracts upon issuing a written\nnotice if TTC fails to perform and/or fully comply with contract\nrequirements, and terminate the contracts for convenience by providing\na 30-calendar day advance written notice to TTC, if necessary.\n(24-2042)
