11. AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND\nINSPECTION SERVICES AND AMENDMENT FOR PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT -\nPROJECT NO. 7607 - STORMWATER CAPTURE AND INFILTRATION PROJECT AND PROJECT NO.\n7359 - HERMOSILLO PARK REHABILITATION – ENGINEER’S REPORT NO. 24-08\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. award a contract to Transtech Engineers in the amount of $1,669,352 for a term of three years and\noptional two one-year extensions; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and any\namendment if it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and\nb. approve Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Rincon Consultants in the amount of $14,705 for\nEnvironmental Site Assessment services; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
