9. AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT - MS4 PERMIT COMPLIANCE SERVICES –\nENGINEER’S REPORT NO. 24-06\nStaff recommends City Council award a contract to John L. Hunter & Associates, Inc., in the amount of\n$90,000 annually for three years, with two optional one-year extensions beginning July 1, 2024; and\nauthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the contract and any amendment if it is within the\nCity Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
