9.4 ADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 FUNDED BY\nSENATE BILL 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017\nComments:\nStaff is recommending the City Council adopt the list of projects which will be funded by\nSenate Bill 1 (SB1) for Fiscal Year 25. As required by SB1, City Council must accept the\nproject list by resolution in order to receive Road Maintenance and Road Account\n(RMRA) funding for the next fiscal year. Staff has prepared a list of projects which will be\nfunded by SB1 and will continue with matching other requirements to ensure the receipt\nof RMRA funding.
