A\ntotal of nine (9) proposals from various qualified companies was received. After reviewing\neach consultant’s qualifications and experience, staff is recommending to City Council to\naward the contract to Avant Garde for State Grant Writing Services and to Townsend\nPublic Affairs for Federal Grant Writing Services. (CM)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution entitled,\n"RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AWARDING\nCONTRACTS FOR STATE AND FEDERAL GRANT WRITING SERVICES"
