B. TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS\nThe City Council is requested to receive and file:\n1. The actions of the Regular Transportation and Public Safety Commission\nMeeting of January 11, 2023; and\n2. The actions of the Regular Transportation and Public Safety Commission\nMeeting of February 8, 2023.\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety Commission Actions;\nand\n2. Find that approval of the Commission Actions is not a “Project” as defined\nunder Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State\nGuidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no\nenvironmental review is required.
