4.10 GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION – NOVEMBER 5, 2024\nRecommended Action:\n1. Adopt a Resolution calling for the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held\non Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for the election of certain officers as required by\nthe provisions of the laws of the State of California relating to general law cities and\nfor the submission to the voters a question relating to establishing term limits for\nMembers of the City Council;\n2. Adopt a Resolution requesting the Orange County Board of Supervisors to\nconsolidate a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024,\nwith the Statewide General Election to be held on the date pursuant to § 10403 of\nthe Elections Code; and\n3.
