CONSIDERATION OF PROVIDING DIRECTION AND ACTION ON THE RESIDENTIAL\nSLOW STREETS BIKE LANE INSTALLATIONS ALONG GRAND AVENUE AND\nHERMOSA STREET\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider providing direction on the following for\nthe Residential Slow Streets Program components:\n1. On Grand Avenue, maintaining or removing the painted Class II Bike Lanes; and\n2. On Hermosa Street, maintaining or removing the uphill bicycle climbing lane and\nnewly established red curb on Hermosa Street.
