Approve an agreement with AKM Consulting Engineers, for $1,436,897, and authorize a\ncontingency of $215,000; and\n2. Appropriate $206,075 in the Capital Projects Fund for the Design of Myra Avenue Pump\nStation No. 1, Project 300; and\n3. Transfer $206,075 from the Infrastructure Reserve Fund to the Capital Projects Fund.
