21. ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENT AT THE PARK\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nA. Select Alternative 1 for the Walking Trail/Ramp project at Hacienda\nRoad/East Road OR;\nB. Select Alternative 2 for installation at a new Accessibility Ramp Stairway\nand additional handicap parking from the Upper Parking Lot to the\nGymnasium.\nC.
