14. 24-53572 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an\nagreement, all necessary documents, and any subsequent amendments, including\namendments to the award amount or terms, with the California Health Benefits\nExchange, also known as Covered California, to accept and expend grant funding\nin the annual amount of $121,000 for the Covered California Navigator Program for\na three-year period, to begin July 1, 2024, with the option to extend for an additional\nthree-year period at the discretion of the City Manager; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Health Fund Group in the Health and Human\nServices Department by $121,000, offset by grant revenue.
