AUDIT REPORTS FOR PROPOSITION A, PROPOSITION C, MEASURE R,\nMEASURE M AND TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT ARTICLE 3 FOR\nFISCAL YEAR (FY) 2021-2022\nCity Council is requested to receive and file the FY 2021-22 audit reports.\nRecommendation:\n1. The City Council is requested to receive and file FY 2021-22 Proposition A,\nProposition C, Measure R, Measure M, and Transportation Development Act\nArticle 3 Audit Reports; and\n2. Find that approval of the audit reports is not a “Project” as defined under\nSection 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines;\ntherefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental\nreview is required.
