H. UPDATE ON CITY’S CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION LIMIT FOR 2023-2024\nThe City’s campaign contribution limit is automatically adjusted according to the\nConsumer Price Index in January of every odd year. City Council is requested to\nreceive and file an update on the adjustment of the City’s Campaign Contribution\nLimit for 2023-2024.\nRecommendation:\nCity Council is requested to:\n1. Receive and file the update on the City’s Campaign Contribution Limit for\n2023-2024; and\n2. Find that receiving and filing the update on the City’s Campaign Contribution\nLimit is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State\nGuidelines Section 15060(c)(3), no environmental review is required.
