The conditional Use Permit was\nApproved by the Planning and Transportation Commission on May 13, 2024.\nRecommended Action: Affirm the Planning and Transportation Commission’s Action by\nAdopting Resolution 24-XX Approving Conditional Use Permit P-CUP2024-003 and\nThereby Denying Appeal APL2024-001.
