7.3 CLIMATE ACTION AND ADAPTATION PLAN UPDATE\nACTION:\n1) Direct staff to proceed with completion of the Climate Action\nand Adaptation Plan (CAAP), including all implementation and\nsupporting documents.\n2) Direct staff to utilize the current Measures and Actions\n(Measures) as the basis for the CAAP.\n3) Direct qualification of the Measures under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) for each individual Measure\nas the program associated with that Measure is developed and\nadvanced for approval.\n4) Direct staff to develop each Measure in consultation with the\nSustainability Commission, feedback from stakeholder outreach,\nand any necessary technical or cost impact analysis.\n7.3
