6.2 SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTS WITH AEROPHILE\nCALIFORNIA, LLC FOR THE 2026 BALLOON ENVELOPE\nPROJECT AND FOR CONTINUED OPERATIONS AND\nMAINTENANCE OF GREAT PARK BALLOON\nACTION:\n1) Authorize Mayor to execute a sole source contract with\nAerophile California, LLC (Aerophile) in an amount not-to-exceed\n$2 million for the 2026 Balloon Envelope Project.\n2) Authorize City Manager to execute sole source contract with\nAerophile in an amount not-to-exceed $800,000 per year for\ncontinued operation and maintenance of Great Park Balloon\nthrough the end of Fiscal Year 2030-31.\n6.2
