6) Agreement with Cotter Construction for the Construction of Four Pickleball\nCourts at Serenity Park and Three Pickleball Courts at Alberhill Park\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction\nAgreement with Cotter Construction in an amount not to exceed $262,500.00 for the\nconstruction of four courts at Serenity Park and three courts at Alberhill Park (Project\nCode Z40023) in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, authorize the City\nManager to execute change orders not to exceed the 10% contingency amount of\n$26,250.00, and authorize the City Clerk to record the notice of completion once it is\ndetermined the work is completed.
