CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED JUNE 11, 2024\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:\n· The City Council authorized funds with the adopted fiscal year Operating\nBudget.\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and\n· The City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for\nstreamlined processing.\nThere are two contract amendments being presented for City Council\nconsideration as follows:\n1) JJ Property Maintenance Network: Maintenance Services for citywide\ncustodial services. The proposed First Amendment would extend the term\nthrough June 30, 2025, and update the contract amount to reflect a\nconsumer price index rate increase and reduction of services.\n2) AKM Consulting Engineers: Professional on-call water engineering services.\nThe proposed Fifth Amendment would extend the term by 180 calendar days\nthrough January 7, 2025.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No.1 Financial Stability: Ensure the City’s long-term financial stability\nand resilience.\nRecommendation:\nAuthorize the Contract Amendment Register dated June 11, 2024.
