10. CITYWIDE ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM - CONTRACT\nMODIFICATION FOR CITY HALL PARKING LOT REPAIRS - This item\nconsiders modification of an agreement with Climatec, LLC and authorizes repairs to the\nCity Hall parking lot.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Amend the current contract with Climatec, LLC., to authorize the repair and\nresurfacing of the City Hall parking lot and increase expenditure authority in the\namount of $355,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $35,484,467.\n2. Authorize the transfer of Measure R Local Return (Fund 264) funds in the amount of\n$355,000 from the 2021-22 Federal Overlay, Project M0142, expenditure account\nM0142264-516101 to the Energy Efficiency Program, Project R0033, expenditure\naccount R00033264-516101.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
