B. Introduce for First Reading an Ordinance Amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 9.53 to\nAlign the City’s Transportation Demand Management Ordinance with South Coast Air Quality\nManagement District’s (AQMD) Rule 2202 and Adopt a Resolution Approving Amendments to the\nRelated Memorandum of Understanding with AQMD\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1.
