C. Adopt Resolution No. 2024- 26, Authorization of Agents to Execute on Behalf of the\nCity for the Purpose of Obtaining State and Federal Financial Assistance through\nEmergency Management Assistance Program\nThe City of Rosemead will consider adoption of a Resolution appointing and\nauthorizing officials and employees to take actions on behalf of the City to obtain\nfinancial assistance from State and Federal agencies for emergency preparedness and\ndisaster relief.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024- 26, entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING AND APPROVING\nAUTHORIZED AGENTS TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON\nBEHALF OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD FOR THE PURPOSES\nOF OBTAINING STATE AND FEDERAL FINANCIAL\nASSISTANCE THROUGH EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT\nASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY\nMANAGER TO EXECUTE AND FILE THE CALOES FORM 130\nAND SUBMIT ALL RELATED DOCUMENTATION
