CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-192,\nADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-25 BUDGET\nPer Resolution No. 20-44, the City's intent is to adopt an annual budget by\nJune 30 of each fiscal year. As the City is still in negotiations with its\nemployees' labor unions, staff recommends City Council adopt a tentative\nFiscal Year 2024-25 Budget subject to change when agreements are\nreached with its employees' labor unions.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Per Resolution No. 20-44, the City's intent is\nto adopt an annual budget by June 30 of each fiscal year.
