CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-183,\nACCEPTING THE LIGHTING ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADE\nSERVICES FOR THE SOUTH EL MONTE AUTONOMOUS BUILDING\nCONTROLS RETROFIT PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZING\nTHE CITY CLERK TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION WITH THE\nLOS ANGELES COUNTY RECORDER\nOn May 25, 2023, the City released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for\nLighting Energy Efficiency Upgrade Services at three (3) City facilities -\nCity Hall, Community Center, and Senior Center. The final cost of the\nservice completed by Green Energy Innovations is $225,000.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-183, accepting the completion of the\nLighting Energy Efficiency Upgrade Services;\n2. Authorize City Clerk to send the Notice of Completion for\nrecordation to the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office; and\n3. Release retention accordingly.
