7. AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE ON-CALL ENGINEERING DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION\nSUPPORT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES - Staff\nrecommends City Council approve agreements with the ten selected firms: Onward\nEngineering, Kimley-Horn, WGZE, FCG Consulting, DMS Consultants, Mark Thomas, SA\nAssociates, Civiltec, Arcadis, and PSOMAS, to provide on-call design, construction support,\nproject management, and staff augmentation services for a term of three years from the date of\nexecution; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements and any amendments\nprovided there is funding in the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on\nbehalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nReport
