3.5 Award of Contract to EMTS, Inc. dba Elite Maintenance and Tree Services for the\nParks, Civic Center, Rose Center, Miriam Warne Building, Police Department Training\nFacility, Corporation Yard, Greenbelt, and Well Site Landscape Maintenance/Service\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the award of contract, in the amount of $297,207.72, to the lowest and\nresponsible bidder, EMTS, Inc. dba Elite Maintenance and Tree Services, and that\nall other bids be rejected; and\nB. Approve an additional 10%, in the amount of $29,720.77 for unforeseen items as\nneeded; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
