Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2024-____\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR,\nCALIFORNIA, ACTING AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF COMMUNITY\nFACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-3 (VERANO) OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR\nAUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ITS SPECIAL TAX BONDS, SERIES 2024 IN\nA PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SIX MILLION DOLLARS ($6,000,000)\nAND APPROVING CERTAIN DOCUMENTS AND TAKING CERTAIN OTHER\nACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH\n2. Authorize the issuance of the Community Facilities District No. 2022-3 (Verano)\nSpecial Tax Bonds, Series 2024 in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$6,000,000\n3. Approve the financing team, as identified herein, for this transaction and\nauthorize the City Treasurer or any duly authorized designee, to pay the costs of\nsuch firms in connection with this financing from CFD 2022-3 Series 2024 bond\nproceeds\n4. Authorize the City Manager and Administrative Services Director, or designees,\nto execute all documents related to the issuance of the Special Tax Bonds for\nCommunity Facilities District No. 2022-3 (Verano) and the ability to make minor\nchanges to these documents as required to carry out the financing.
