18. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4115 WITH CARE\nSOLACE, INC.,TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH COMMUNITY BASED COUNSELING\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 4115 between Care Solace, Inc.,\n(“Care Solace”) and the City of Montebello to continue providing assistance to residents with finding\ncommunity-based counseling; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 between Care Solace and the City of\nMontebello; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
