8. ADOPTION OF FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 24-40 adopting the Fiscal Year 2024-25 operating and capital budgets for all\nfunds; and,\n2. Approve Resolution No. 24-41 adopting the compensation plan, table of organization and job\nclassifications for Fiscal Year 2024-25 and,\n3. Approve Resolution No. 24-42 establishing a Fiscal Year 2024-25 appropriations limit per Government\nCode Section 7190 (Gann Limit); and,\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
