10. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3937 WITH SPORTFIVE GOLF, LLC FOR\nADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE MONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL\nGOLF COURSE RENOVATION PROJECT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 3937 with SPORTFIVE Golf, LLC for additional\narchitectural and engineering services in the amount not-to-exceed $59,450; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
