12. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4205 WITH MCA CONSULTANTS TO\nIMPLEMENT THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES RECYCLING AND RECOVERY\n(CALRECYCLE) SB1383 LOCAL ASSISTANCE AND GRANT PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4205 to MCA Consultants to provide SB 1383 Local\nAssistance Grant Program services for a three (3) year term in a total not-to-exceed amount of $167,713;\nand,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
