17. 24-53575 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute an\nagreement, and all necessary documents or subsequent amendments, including\namendments to the award amount or terms with the Kaiser Foundation, to accept\nand expend grant funding in the amount of $10,000 for the Kaiser Community\nHealth Care Program Outreach and Enrollment Grant for a two-year period,\nestimated to begin upon execution of the agreement, with the option to extend for\nan additional one-year period at the discretion of the City Manager; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Health Fund Group in the Health and Human
