(IVHS) for Animal Sheltering and Animal\nControl Services within the City of Glendora for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 in the amount not to\nexceed $450,644\nCITY RECOMMENDATION: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with The\nHumane Society of Pomona Valley Inc. dba Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P. C. A. (IVHS)\nfor Animal Sheltering and Animal Control Services within the City of Glendora for Fiscal Year\n2024-2025 in the amount not to exceed $450,644; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or his\ndesignee to execute the Amendment with Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A.
